the jury may still be out on the long-term health effects

Hatha Yoga:with Peter Bisson!
Hatha Yoga brings awareness to the mind/body through
attention to breathing, postural alignment, meditation
and relaxation. As a practice it is very adaptable.
With the physical stretches and postures (asanas) there
are many variations on a theme so it is suitable for
everyone regardless of body type, strength, and flexibility.
Depending on the class and the needs of the practitioner,
Hatha Yoga can be gentle, relaxing, and explorative,
or dynamic, energizing and strengthening. It can be
used remedially as well, and overall is about raising
self awareness for a conscious and peaceful co existence
with life.
Peter Bisson has been teaching Hatha Yoga full time
since 1992 after previous careers in Marine Biology,
and then Acupuncture and Remedial Massage. His approach
to Yoga is one of understanding energy flow through
the body and developing a self empowering awareness.
He teaches eight classes per week, four at Latrobe Health
Centre at Paddington and four at Bardon Counselling

Cheese Topping!
Serves
: 4
Ingredients -100g Australian Blue Vein Cheese,
crumbled 100g Australian Cream Cheese, softened 2/3
cup fresh breadcrumbs 4 x 125g beef eye-fillet steaks,
trimmed, chargrilled and kept warm
Method
- Combine Blue Vein Cheese and Cream Cheese, add breadcrumbs
and mix until well combined. Top cooked steaks with
cheese mixture and place under a hot grill for 3 minutes
or until cheese topping lightly browns. 100g Australian
Blue Vein Cheese, crumbled 100g Australian Cream Cheese,
softened 2/3 cup fresh breadcrumbs 4 x 125g beef eye-fillet
