bayside village of Cleveland Brisbane. Once the local doctor's house,
this timeless Queenslander has been lovingly restored with shabby chic
interiors and a quaint provincial inspired courtyard.
A retail spa
boutique, dedicated Medi Spa quarter, eight beauty suites and a vintage
lounge ensure ample space for guests to enjoy private one on one
treatments, group bookings, spa parties and romantic couples escapes.

With over to 25 years experience, shared between beauty therapy, teaching and business development, CEO and Founder, Stephanie Shepherd has become one of the most respected business leaders in the spa industry. Stephanie's success is attributed not only to her years of experience but also to her genuine commitment to client satisfaction and her quest for excellence in luxurious spa escapes. “Ultimately, a visit to Stephanies® will always mean a treasured time for my guests."
Since her humble beginnings with a small, two-room salon, Stephanie has built a brand name that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, unique internationally inspired spa treatments and a safe, welcoming environment that allows each guest to completely relax.
As an active member of the Australian Professional Aesthetician Association as well as the Australian Spa Association and International Spa Association (ISPA), Stephanie is committed to raising the standards of therapy as well as the level of service. Her role in the development of the spa industry has been crucial.
Driven by passion and a positive attitude, Stephanie‘s strong commitment to her dedicated staff is evident through the regular training sessions she offers, allowing her to share her expertise and wealth of knowledge. Not content to rest on her current success however, Stephanie herself, is constantly expanding her knowledge by attending industry seminars and workshops all over the world, bringing back with her exotic rituals that are included in her Signature Treatments, allowing her guests to experience unique spa therapies which they may otherwise never have enjoyed. It is this initiative that has lead to Stephanie being approached to speak at conferences around the globe. Spend five minutes with Stephanie and you will soon understand why so many are truly inspired by her well respected experience abroad, her forward thinking and her genuine approach to client care.
