Pilates on MacGregor is a spacious fully equipped, professional Pilates studio offering excellent facilities under the guidance of internationally certified instructors. The studio provides private small shared classes which allows 1 on 1 attention.
As well as a full complement of Pilates apparatus, the studio has a variety of related equipment used extensively for rehabilitation and exercise therapy.

I’m a dedicated Pilates person. I just love it.
An accident in a yoga class left me with badly damaged ligaments in my lower back. I was unable to bend forward and in serious pain. Simple household chores were impossible to do, and my artwork stopped. Brushing my Labrador was out of the question. After 3 months of musculoskeletal treatments, my chiropractor referred me to Peter to do Pilates.
That was 2 years ago. The transformation has been quite remarkable. My injury continues to heal and my entire body is much stronger. More importantly I have my mobility back and my dog gets brushed.
Pilates is a fun and very effective form of exercise. It is a total body workout. I recommend it for “every body”, especially if you have an injury.

Peter White received his certification from the California based Pilates training centre, Body Arts and Science, run by the renowned master in the Pilates method, Rael Isacowitz.
Peter came to the Pilates industry with several years experience in remedial therapy and bodywork.
Dolores Silooy - Certified Pilates instructor
Dolores is a devotee of health and exercise, a referral from her physio after an injury from exercise led her to Pilates. She loved the regime and realised it was an adaptable and versatile system that anyone could still be doing well into their old age.
She trained to become an instructor with Lifecare Pilates over 10 years ago. She has since received her full certification from Polestar Pilates Australia and works as a full time Pilates instructor.
