Our sports Masseurs will check your range of movement, flexibility and do a full structural assessment before commencing. We will discuss with you in detail what your fitness goals are and support you in achieving these. For those who working with personal trainers we are happy to work in conjunction with them. A team approach to YOUR fitness will assist you to reach your goals.
