Mail order
Mail order service is available for convenient Dermalogica reordering anywhere in Australia. Boxed gift certificates and corporate packages

Whatever the occasion, the ideal gift is just a phone call away. Call us with your credit card and we’ll send a personalised gift certificate presented in a box.

Skin rewards
Our expert therapists recommend professional skin treatments every four to six weeks. Pre-purchase 5 treatments and be rewarded with one extra treatment free!

When to arrive
Please arrive 15 minutes early. To assist us in providing a fully customised service you will be required to complete a consultation card prior to your treatment.

What happens if I’m late?
Arriving late will limit the length of your treatment. All treatments will finish at their scheduled time so as to not disadvantage the next client.

Cancellation policy
Should you need to change your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice. If less than 8 hours notice is given a 50% cancellation fee may be charged. You will be asked for a credit card number or deposit to secure group bookings or treatments over one hour.

Effective Treatments
All of our services are designed to provide maximum results in a minimum of time. 30,45 and 60 minute treatments are available at fixed prices, providing many options for even the busiest schedules. All treatment durations are inclusive of consultation, skin analysis and a problem solving prescription.
